MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

MOTLEY, District Judge.

This action was brought to determine the liability of the parties for a land-based collision between an airplane and a drilling rig. The court severed certain secondary insurance claims pending resolution of the negligence issues. A non-jury trial was held to resolve the negligence claims.
