MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
MOTLEY, District Judge'.
After dismissing plaintiff Harold Saltz’s complaint, this court ordered a hearing on Rule 11 sanctions against plaintiffs attorney, Mr. Thomas Sheehan, based upon facts concerning Mr. Sheehan’s investigation of plaintiffs claim elicited during this court’s December 5, 2000 hearing.
