This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs Motion for Preliminary Injunction. In the underlying suit, Plaintiff alleges the following: (1) trademark infringement and false designation of origin under the Lanham Act; (2) cyberpiracy under the Lanham Act; (3) unfair and deceptive trade practices under the North Carolina Unfair Trade Practices Act; and
