This matter is before the Court for consideration of Plaintiff NBBJ East Limited Partnership’s (“Plaintiff’) Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction (Doc. #2). The Court exercises jurisdiction over this action pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1331 and 15 U.S.C. § 1121.
