GORTON, District Judge.

This case arises out of the death of Ashton Chapman, the son of plaintiff, Karyn Chapman (“Chapman”) in a daybed allegedly manufactured by defendant Bernard’s, Inc. (“Bernard’s”) and sold by defendant Mattress Discounters. Plaintiff filed the instant action as administratrix of the estate of her son, Ashton Chapman.
