MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

CONLON, District Judge.

Plaintiff Carolyn Bottoms (“Bottoms”) sues the Illinois Department of Human Services (“Human Services”) and Chicago-Read Mental Health Center (“Chicago-Read”) (collectively “defendants”) pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e,

et seq.,

alleging race discrimination and retaliation.
