Pending before this Court is Defendant’s Motion to Stay Proceedings. Also pending before this court is Plaintiffs Motion to Strike. For the reasons outlined below, the Motion to Stay Proceedings is denied. Upon denial of Defendant’s motion, the Plaintiffs Motion to Strike becomes moot. Therefore, Plaintiffs motion is DENIED.
