I. INTRODUCTION

During a custody hearing involving the child of Yelena and William Hanson, Superi- or Court Judge John E. Reese observed that William appeared to "really hate women" and was "absolutely insensitive to different cultures." William later moved that Judge Reese recuse himself because he is "biased against men.
