On January 31, 1997, and pursuant to R.C. 4517.54(B), General Motors Corporation (“GM”) sent Bob Krihwan Pontiac-GMC Truck, Inc. (“dealership”) a certified letter notifying the dealership of GM’s intent to terminate the Dealers Sales and Service Agreement (“franchise agreement”) between it and the dealership.
