OPINION This timely appeal arises out a divorce decree rendered by the Belmont County Court of Common Pleas. Appellant argues that the trial court awarded Appellee all of the marital property in lieu of awarding spousal support, instead of first dividing the marital property and then determining the issue of spousal support as required by R.C.3105.171(C)(3).
