JOURNAL ENTRY AND OPINION Willard McConnell appeals from a judgment of the common pleas court which imposed concurrent three-year sentences pursuant to his guilty pleas to the crimes of abduction and felonious assault. On appeal, he contends that the court abused its discretion by failing to consider the mitigating factors he presented during the sentencing hearing.
