OPINION This is an accelerated calendar appeal submitted to the court on the briefs of the parties. Appellant, Edward L. Grennan, appeals from a final judgment of the Probate Division of the Ashtabula County Court of Common Pleas denying admission to probate a purported codicil to the last will and testament of Alexander L. Grennan ("Grennan"). The following facts are relevant to this appeal.
