DECISION AND JUDGMENT ENTRY This accelerated appeal comes to us from a judgment issued by the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas which denied appellant's request to expunge a conviction from his criminal record. Because we conclude that the trial court's decision was proper, we affirm. In 1987, appellant, Jascha Chiaverini, pled guilty and was convicted of two counts of selling cocaine.
