Donald Jacobs and John Joyce, Jr. (Appellants) appeal from the orders of the Courts of Common Pleas of Chester County and Delaware County, respectively, affirming the one-year suspensions of their driving privileges resulting from convictions in New Jersey for driving under the influence (DUI) in violation of N.J.S. § 39:4-50(a).
