Tim Collins, D.C. (“Doctor”) appeals a summary judgment entered in favor of Debra Narup (“Patient”) on the ground that his cause of action for monies owed by Patient to Doctor was barred by the five-year statute of limitations set forth in section 516.120.1 We find that Doctor’s cause of action is governed by the ten-year statute of limitations set forth in section 516.
