Defendant Smith-Kline Beecham Corporation appeals from this court’s refusal to strike off plaintiffs’ voluntary discontinuance.

On June 12, 2000, plaintiffs Lydia and Frank Marra commenced this action by filing a complaint.1 The complaint alleged that the plaintiffs were injured in various ways by a Lyme disease vaccine manufactured by defendant SmithKline Beecham Corporation.
