The plaintiff commenced an action in the Superior Court against R.K. Ahem Co., Inc., Robert K. Ahem, and Roland Couillard (debtors) on a promissory note. In that action, she obtained approval of a trustee process attachment of all funds of the debtors in possession of Family Mutual Savings Bank (trastee).
