Appellants, Tony and Karen Cavaliere, kept Bengal tigers at their residence in Treasure Hills No. 1 subdivision in Faulkner County. Appellees filed a complaint asserting that as a result of keeping the tigers, appellants were violating a restrictive covenant contained in the subdivision’s bill of assurance that only allowed the keeping of household pets.
