Cynthia Everage pled guilty to two counts of distributing crack cocaine, see 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), in connection with two sales to an undercover agent in March 1999. The district court sentenced her to 210 months of imprisonment followed by four years of supervised release, a $500 fine and $200 special assessment.
