Co-defendants appeal judgments of conviction and sentence entered following a consolidated jury trial. Diakite and Fofana were two of 32 defendants named in a twenty-six count indictment stemming from a scheme to obtain citizenship for several citizens of Ivory Coast by entering into sham marriages and filing petitions for immediate-relative visas.
