Jerry D. Hall and Dean B. Hall (“the Halls”), pro se Kentucky litigants, appeal a district court order which dismissed their appeal from a bankruptcy court’s decision permitting the sale of certain real property and the Halls’ “Emergency Motion” to prohibit any such sale. This case has been referred to a panel of the court pursuant to Rule 34(j)(l), Rules of the Sixth Circuit.
