The EEOC and Cynthia Trudeau (collectively “the EEOC”) appeal the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Communication Technical Systems, Inc. and its subsidiary Communication Technical Systems, Inc. (Southwest) (collectively “GTS”) on the EEOC’s pregnancy discrimination claim against GTS.
