Defendan1>-Appellant Lanny Oliver challenges the district court’s denial of his motion to suppress a statement made by Oliver after he was given his Miranda warning. Oliver contends that the statement was tainted by the illegality of his arrest. He had made certain statements before being Mirandized, none of which were admitted at trial.
