The Disciplinary Review Board having filed a report with the Court in DRB 00-359, recommending that as a matter of reciprocal discipline, GAIL D. BUTLER, formerly of NEW YORK, NEW YORK, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1987, *573be disbarred, respondent having been disbarred in New York for the knowing misappropriation of escrow funds, conduct in violation of RPC 1.
