Damita Strawder timely appeals the denial of her motion for postconviction relief filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. Although Strawder raised four claims in the motion, she has abandoned every claim but the third, which seeks resentencing under Heggs v. State, 759 So.2d 620 (Fla.2000) (declaring 1995 guidelines unconstitutional).
