Jaime Torres pled guilty in district court

to conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846. Torres appeals his sentence and the authority of the magistrate judge

to hear Torres’s guilty plea. We affirm.

On September 22, 2000, Torres pled guilty in exchange for dismissal of two other counts of the indictment.
