In this case, the plaintiff, Gerald R. Mc-Manus, Jr., appeals the judgment of the trial court granting summary judgment in favor of the defendant, Landmark American Insurance Company. On appeal, Mc-Manus, Jr. argues that the trial court erred in finding that his father, Gerald R. McManus (McManus, Sr.
