MANION, Circuit Judge.

Four defendants were indicted for a RICO conspiracy and obstruction of law enforcement based on their alleged illegal video poker gambling business. In pretrial motions, the district court excluded two pieces of evidence: a guilty plea allo-cution and the statements of a deceased co-conspirator. The United States appeals those rulings on an interlocutory basis.
