PER CURIAM.
Don Lamor Cady (hereinafter “the inmate”) was convicted of two counts of rape in the first degree and was — and may still be — incarcerated in the Alabama penitentiary system. He received a sentence of 15 years for one of the convictions and a sentence of life for the other conviction.
