Jesse J. Pulley, -a railroad worker, appeals from a summary judgment entered in favor of his employer, Norfolk Southern Railway Company, Inc., on a suit he had filed against it under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act (“FELA”), 45 U.S.C. §§ 51-60 (1982). Pulley originally filed his complaint in the Jefferson Circuit Court.
