BEAM, Circuit Judge.
Blackbird Sheridan, an enrolled member of the Omaha Tribe of Nebraska, pled guilty to sexual abuse of a minor child more than four years younger than himself within an Indian reservation, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2243(a) and 1153.
