This matter comes on before this court on defendant Douglas R. Colkitt’s appeal from the district court’s order for summary judgment in favor of plaintiff GFL Advantage Fund, Ltd. against Colkitt entered on April 25, 2000, and on appeal from an order entered on July 17, 2000, denying reconsideration of the April 25 order.
