This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiffs’ Motion to strike all pleadings of Defendant and enter judgment on Plaintiffs’ behalf due to Defendant’s alleged failure to respond to discovery. A hearing was held before this Court on October 23,2001. After considering the relevant facts and applicable law, the Court holds that Plaintiffs’ Motion is overruled.
