RULING ON THE DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO DISMISS

This is an action for damages and injunctive relief. It is brought by the plaintiff, Diana Carrano, against the defendants, Harborside Healthcare Corporation and Harbor-side Rehabilitation Limited Partnership (collectively “HRLP” or “defendants”) pursuant to common law tenets concerning wrongful discharge and breach of contract.
