Before the Court is Defendant’s Motion to Alter or Amend Judgment (Docket # 9). For the following reasons, the Court DENIES Defendant’s Motion.

Plaintiff Vivian Kirkland brought suit against Defendant Sunrise Opportunities pursuant to the Family and Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”), 29 U.S.C. § 2601 et seq.
