This case involves the validity of a covenant not to compete which is set forth in an agreement between two dentists, appellants/cross-appellees Dr. Daniel Deutsch and Daniel J. Deutsch. D.D.S., P.C. (collectively, “Dr.Deutsch”), and appel-lee/cross-appellant Dr. Stephen Barsky, who in effect ended their “partnership.
