Scalise Industries and the PMA Group (hereafter collectively referred to as Employer) petition for review of an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board), affirming an order of the Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ), granting the claim petition filed on behalf of Salvatore Centra (Claimant).
