¶ 1. Lake Country Racquet & Athletic Club, Inc. appeals from a summary judgment dismissing its declaratory judgment action against the Village of Hartland. Lake Country contended that a conveyance of land by the Village to the YMCA of Waukesha County was contrary to the village ordinances and state laws.
