Texas residents Robert and Olga Oster-berg sued New York resident Ronald Tus-cano in Texas for various causes of action associated with the Osterbergs’ claimed ownership interest in a New York corporation. The trial court denied Ronald Tusca-no’s special appearance, from which he brings this interlocutory appeal.
