Timotheo Rivera was convicted of murder and sentenced to life imprisonment. He appealed, alleging error during the punishment hearing. We agreed and remanded the cause for a new hearing. On remand, the jury sentenced Rivera to forty-years imprisonment. Rivera now brings six issues relating to the punishment hearing.
