Tabitha Lattrell appeals from an order granting a no-evidenee summary judgment in favor of DaimlerChrysler Corporation and Bonham Chrysler (together, “Chrysler”) in Lattrell’s personal injury suit alleging she was injured when an air bag in her car failed to deploy.
