Appellants, Tay-Tay, Inc., Arkansas Payday Check Cashers, Inc, Iwo Cluck, Inc. d/b/a Payday Advance, and Jim Mead (Jointly “Payday Advance”), appeal the Craighead County Circuit Court’s certification of a class of plaintiffs, including appellee class representatives Brandon Young, Jimmie Sue Spencer, and Karla Blackford, in this class-action lawsuit.
