appeals by leave granted from the order and opinion of the Worker’s Compensation Appellate Commission affirming the magistrate’s decision to grant defendants’ petitions to stop compensation and to recoup benefits. We affirm.

Plaintiff’s decedent, Joseph Reiss (hereinafter Joseph), suffered a work-related injury to his lower back in 1988.
