ARNOT, Chief Justice.
Hershel and Mary Margaret Gibson brought suit against Sabre Oil & Gas Corporation seeking a determination that an oil and gas lease claimed by Sabre had terminated and that a gas unit formed by Sabre was void. The trial court found that the gas unit was formed in violation of the provisions of the oil and gas lease and void ab initio. Sabre appeals.
