BERGER, Justice:

In this appeal, we consider whether a complaint seeking relief for misappropriation of trade secrets adequately states a claim. The Superior Court dismissed appellant’s third amended complaint, finding that it contained only generalities and con-clusory allegations that failed to identify a trade secret.
