OPINION

SHARPNACK, Judge.

Ed and Valery Oliver (collectively, the "Olivers") appeal the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Pinnacle Building Systems Corporation" ("PBSC"). The Olivers raise one issue, which we restate as whether the trial court erred by granting PBSC's motion for summary judgment because PBSC is the alter ego or successor corporation of Pinnacle Homes, Inc.
