Defendants Thesseus International Fund, N.V., Inc., and Barry Feiner move tp dismiss the. amended complaint filed by plaintiff Accordia Northeast, .Inc. Specifically, defendants contend that the proper venue for this action is the territory -of Kosovo, and that plaintiffs amended complaint fails to state a claim for relief.
