MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

This case concerns the balancing of automobile dealers’ rights with the prerogatives of the free market. The Great and General Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts tried to strike such a balance when it enacted M.G.L. c. 93B, which regulates the relationship between manufacturers and dealers.
