For the reasons stated below, the plaintiffs motion to remand (docket no. 7) is GRANTED, and this matter is REMANDED to the Cuyahoga County, Ohio Court of Common Pleas, where it was originally filed. Hines’s motion for attorney fees, pursuant'to 28 U.S.C. § 1447(c), is DENIED.
