The plaintiff, Robert Cooke (“Cooke”), brings this action under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. § 623(a), and the Connecticut Fair Employment Practices Act (CFEPA), Conn.Gen.Stat. § 46a-60(a), against his former employer, Prototype & Plastic Mold Company, Inc.
